Okay so firstly I apologise for not putting up many posts this week, it has been a crazy week physically and emotionally due to family situations but I am back and ready to post!! I don't have a wide variety of photos this week but I do have lots taken at the same time that I absolutely love so I thought I would share those with you. I'm looking forward to the new week and getting 110% back into my healthy eating as lately I have been so so and i'm feeling it now. My husband and I both find when we are eating healthy we have so much more energy and just generally feel healthy and this week I have felt slow, sluggish and tired. Lesson learnt, my body needs good food and an occasional treat not daily treats!
