Slimming World Cheese and Onion Quiche

 
So ingredients needed are:
4 eggs
2 onions one red and one white
Healthy extra of cheese
 
 
 
Method:
First of all chop and fry up the onion so it softens then whisk the four eggs and pour it all into a dish suitable for the oven along with the onions.
 
 
Grate your healthy extra of cheese and stir that in as well than pop it into the oven for about 20minutes.

 
Then the finished product is ready to eat. Yum yum.
