Chocolate Brownies from #SundayBakeDay


Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
70g milk chocolate
70g white chocolate
1tbsp vanilla essense
60g cocoa powder
60g plain flour
100g unsalted butter
250g castor sugar
4 eggs

Method:
Pre heat your oven to gas mark 4. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl then remove to cool. Mix together the butter and sugar until smooth then beat in each egg one at a time. Stir in your vanilla essense and then spoon in your melted chocolate and mix that up. Next slowly add your coca powder and plain flour.
Finally break the white and milk chocolate into small chunks and stir into the mixture. Then pour the mixture into a lined baking tray. I use baking paper. Bake for 30-40minutes when you remove it from the oven it will probably be soft to touch still as it cools it will firm up.

My top tip for lining the baking dish is to put your dish with something heavy to the paper is in shape whilst you are pouring your mixture in.
