Slimming World Mushy Pea Curry


Mushy Pea curry may sound completely wrong but it is in actual fact one of my favourite slimming world recipes and I would describe it as tasting like chip shop curry sauce - beaut!!! And with that in mind it would be completely cruel if I didn't share this amazing and easy recipe with you all!

Ingredients
~ 2 x tins of mushy peas
~ 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
~ 1 tin of baked beans
~ 1 onion
~ 1 pepper
~ Sliced mushrooms
~ 1tsp chilli powder
~ 1tsp garlic
~ 1tbsp curry powder
~ Chicken - optional

Method
~ I normally cook this curry in the slow cooker so I will chop and slice the onion, pepper, mushrooms and chicken and then add those and all the other items to the slow cooker, stir and cook on high for 6-8 hours depending on your slow cooker and how fast it cooks. You can alternatively cook this in a saucepan for around 20minutes. Like I said easy, quick and amazing! Enjoy!
